Job Description:
Uses established methods, formats and documents to translate conceptual designs, technical specifications, release plans, and other development documentations which include user manuals, training guides, on-line help, release notes, and release announcements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication Arts, Journalism or any related course
- At least 1 year experience in systems documentation
- Knowledge of techniques in technical writing, editing, composition, and layout of technical publications
- A good command of the English language
- Proven ability to write clear and comprehensive technical materials
- Ability to use Adobe FrameMaker, Acrobat Reader, Adobe PhotoShop and Quadralay Webworks Publisher, and Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge in Java Programming and HTML an advantage
