6 communication truths

Filed in General by Kaye on June 15, 2006

Donna Papacosta of Trafcom News Podcast shares her 6 communication truths gleamed from her attendance at the IABC conference in Vancouver. There’s no way that I could have attended the conference, but as a communications person, I think her list is really worth sharing and her podcast (mp3, 12 mins) is worth listening to.

  2. Print is not dead.

  4. There is no substitute for face-to-face communication.
  5. Life is not all about business.
  6. If you’re going to be trapped in an elevator, the best company to have are communications
    professionals.
