Some banking problem
I withdrew money from my ATM this afternoon before heading off to the supermarket. Believing that I still had money left in my account after the withdrawal, I was surprised when the receipt reported that there was nothing left. Zilch. I knew that I should still have money left in my ATM because I didn’t withdraw everything.
It looks like Equitable-PCI is having trouble with its system, thus us customers with our accounts. I took money last night, but Fastnet (Equitable-PCI’s e-banking service) reported that the amount withdrawn was twice as much. I knew this was not accurate, otherwise I’d still have more money in my wallet.
This is not good. I am already having money problems as it is, so I don’t need Equitable to make things worse. The bank had better fix this problem.
